Meet the Team

We are a husband-and-wife team with a combined 28 years’ experience in the New Zealand education sector.

We have grown extremely passionate about structured literacy over the past 2 years while searching for tuition for our now 9-year-old daughter who was recently diagnosed with dyslexia.

Structured literacy has changed our family’s world, but more importantly it has opened doors for our daughters learning.

Nicola has spent time upskilling and training through the Institute for Multisensory Language Education based on the Orton Gillingham approach which allows her to apply for accredited membership with the Australian Dyslexia Association.

We want to share our knowledge and expertise with as many children and families as we can. Every child has the right to experience the joy of reading.
